Loretta Jean Moore Adcox passed away on May 17th at Rowlett Rehabilitation Center in Rowlett, TX. Loretta was born April 22, 1947 in Dallas, TX to Robert George Moore and Fannie Mae Moore. She married Kenneth David Adcox on June 6, 1970. They lived in Balch Springs, TX where they raised two children Ronnie Paul Adcox and James David Adcox. Loretta’s loves in her life included here two children and three grandchildren. Loretta enjoyed trips with her husband to Shreveport and going to the movies and eating out. She also enjoyed going to the beach with her kids and grandkids. She enjoyed going to watch her grandkids play sports. Loretta had a pastime love for the Dallas Cowboys. Some of her hobbies included reading books, long walks and doing puzzles and playing kickball with the grandkids. Loretta enjoyed spending time with her family. Loretta was a very sweet woman that always had a warm smile and she loved to laugh. Loretta was addicted to purses. She loved to change out her purse weekly. She is survived by her two sons Ronnie Paul Adcox and his spouse Wendy Adcox of Allen and Jimmy David Adcox and Spouse Jacky Samples of Quinlan. Her three grandchildren Adam, Alexis and Jocelyn Adcox. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert and Fannie Mae Moore, her husband Kenneth Adcox, brother Gary Moore and sister Evelyn Lane. Nephew Wayne Moore, mother-in-law Geraldine Wood and father-in-law Frank Wood as well as two brother-in-laws James Woods and Lloyd Wood. After years of struggling with Dementia she is now at peace and reunited with her husband and family.
